Add the artwork once. Use it everywhere.

A painter or sculptor has a studio full of work and no single place that knows about it. Studio Operations is that place. Here is what happens to one painting, from the day you add it to the day it ships.

The artwork

Add a work. That is the whole job.

Pick the kind of work: painting, sculpture, photography, drawing or collage. Upload the main image and up to five more views. Type the facts you know: title, year, size, materials and price. Studio Operations gives it a number and the artwork is in. Everything below is made from it.

The words

It drafts. You decide. The words stay yours.

Write one line about the work. Studio Operations drafts the caption, the full description, the public details and the words that help people find it. You read, edit and approve before anything is published.

The AI never touches a fact. Title, size, materials, price and availability come from you.

People: collectors and contacts

Buyers

Someone asks about a painting. The question lands on that painting.

Questions from your website’s contact form arrive in People, attached to the artwork they asked about. Everyone who ever bought or asked is there, with notes, follow-up dates and history. You answer from right there.

For one buyer, send a private price with their own page to accept it. Or build a private selection or a lookbook, PDF or link, in minutes.

Money

Sell it. The paperwork writes itself.

The collector buys at checkout on your own site, accepts the private price, or you record the sale by hand. Money lands in your own Stripe, PayPal or Square account. We never touch it.

Invoice, receipt, packing slip and certificate of authenticity are written from the artwork’s facts. Commissions can be billed as a deposit and a balance before shipping. How it is packed, its weight and the shipment are kept on the work, and its status moves with it.

Galleries take half · Marketplaces take a third · We take nothing · 0% commission, forever.
